Moscow calls on Koreas to move from “muscle flexing” to dialogue

Russia's deputy foreign minister, Aleksey Borodavkin, says “North Korea and South Korea should start talks to ease tensions on the Korean Peninsula,” He has stated his opinion on South Korea and North Korea's strong military tension that is still remainig eversince South Korea has declared Peyongyang as an official enemy.
