North Korea accused South Korea of intentionally avoiding inter korean dialogue and claiming that seoul was blocking its allies from talking and providing assistance to the North. One unidentified spokesman has stated that this was because of the South Korea's will to unify the two seperated Koreas by force, which might involving military fights. Also, he has announced, under the situation where there is deep-rooted distrust between the North and the South and huge armed forces are confronting each other, which might possibly create any attempt on the part of a side to swallow the other side up would inevitably spark a war. Overall, the spokesman announced that the way to unify the divided Koreas are through proposal for unification by federal formula. However, South Korea has stated several times that the inter Korean relations will continue after North shows sincere commitment to apologize the two severe attacks from last year and its denuclearization. I believe that it will take more than 50 years in order to fully bring peace in both countries and be one.
